The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bug check has a value of 0x0000003B. This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

Cause
This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Try updating your graphics drivers first.

I would also try running a chkdsk on your hard drive:

Start > Type in 'cmd' in the search (without quotes) > right click the cmd result > run as administrator > click Yes to the UAC prompt > type in the following:

chkdsk /f /r c:

It will ask you if you want to schedule it on next reboot. Type in Yes and hit Enter. Reboot and let it run.
