Default switching game sticks

I am a hardcore gamer and i have a gamepad, flightstick n52 speedpad and a steering wheel. The problem is some of them conflict with each other so I got a hub and have to plug and unplug depending on which one i want to use.Is there a program or something I can use to keep them all plugged in and activate the one i want to use when i want to use it?
