Switched Cases and now I get a yellow light PLEASE HELP

I just switched from my generic case to the Cooler Master Centurion Case with the Forton 450 PSU. WHen I plugged in my mobo turned on w/ a yellow light instead of a green light. And it wont' boot. I looked at the manual and it has no suggestion for this. I have been on hold with them for 30 mins while making this post and am hoping that someone on here can help me faster. Thanks in advance. I have both the 20pin and the extra 4 pin plugged in( not making that mistake again)

I Just turned it on again and the CPU/mobo started beeping loudly at me so I unplugged it and while I did so I noticed one of the resistors started to glow. Which sucks because I'm pretty sure I've fried my mobo.
