I've got a Sun Fire V240 server that wont boot. I thought it might be a memory issue, but I've tried many sticks of sdram in many slots with no luck. Here is my log. I force a shutdown or else it just endlessly spits out these pstate things. Any recommendations?

Our lab just purchase this server from MCA our local Sun reseller http://www.mcac.com. Does this error seem to resemble a hardware problem or possibly how it is configured, since I'm more of a Linux guy and not that familiar with solaris?
