Stuttering

the problem i face is stuttering in games, though i get high fps i still get stuttering, my fps is around 90 and i still get stuttering,
i was wondering if anybody out there would know what the problem is. its not normal to face stuttering with 90 fps, my graphics card is new so i dont think its that. maybe somebody here would know ?

my system specs are:

ATI 6850
1333mhz 8gb ram
Quad core processor 640 3ghz
TX 650 Corsair power supply.

I took a look at the results of similar system and they seem to be ~2800-3300. So your score is good.

so its normal for me to get some stuttering? if not then what do you think is the problem. yes i get good fps meaning i get a good 3dmark11 score but i really think something is wrong, is it my hard drive ? my cpu ?

Get HWMonitor and post a screen shot of it when the system is under load. Maybe cpu is overheating.

wat do u think the purple thing is ?

The power voltages seem to be way off, either the program is reading the values incorrectly or the psu is bad. I'm leaning towards incorrect readings since with numbers like that your system shouldn't even boot.

my psu is a Corsair TX 650.

what do you think that purple thing is ? in that screen shot.

also speed fan also showed the exact same readings on the voltages.
