Status: 0xc000014c on Vista Ultimate! HELP!

Hello, Last night my computer was working fine, but then suddenly it shut down and won't boot up. It keeps displaying blue screen. I tried Safe Modes and L.K.G.Configuration but no help.
The message i get is that registry file is either missing or corrupt and I need to repair. But when I instert the Vista DVD and boot, the DVD loads but again the blue screen comes.

The message:

Status: 0xc000014c
Info : Failed to load due to missing or corrupt registry file!

I have an assembled PC, not even 2 months ago i bought it

My Specs:
2GB DDR2
500GB SATA
nVidia 8400GS Based 512MB Graphics Card
Intel Processor and Intel Motherboard ( I'm not quite sure because there are only numbers instead of name in props, will post later )

This version of system recovery options is not compatible with the version of Windows you are trying to repair

Please connect your Hard Drive to another working computer as a slave or seconadary drive
Then backup any/all important data from your corrupted drive
Then plug it back into the original computer
And install Windows clean, using the Windows disc that matches your key affixed to the case

When ever I get the Blue Screen, we always check RAM. Just a habit we do but Kimsland probably has the best idea.
