Start up to a black screen

Hello a pc came in my shop today and starts up with no signal out to monitor (monitor recognizes pc but no input) the pc uses onboard gfx so i want to try it, go to my cabinet and i am out of pci-e cards, all i have that will fit is an old pci card, but still same... anything else i can try until i get another pci-e card?

I am thinking mobo, i tried two other psu's and still nothing also tried a new pci-e gfx card.
