Something wrong with Gigabyte H370M D3H motherboard, because the second new m.2 ssd drive not working stable. After two weeks broke down the Kingston A1000 240gb, that connected to M2P_16G, error code: files are not available. Leter broke down Adata SX8200 240gb, that connected to M2Q_32G, disk error during write: Incorect function. Motherboard BIOS doesn't always show drives. BIOS update to F6 version did not resolve the problem. What‘s wrong?

Sounds like a board issue rather than an M.2 issue. Are all of these parts new?
Try one at a time on the board instead in the 32G slot. The 16G slot is 2x only.
