Question SSD Drive - Disabling Windows 7x64 Defrag

Need to disable windows defrag on laptop. Apart from disabling it from the defragmenter schedule, is there any other place where i should be disabling this feature.

Reason being is that the computer have an SSD Drive. It's not required/wanted while the SSD is there in the PC.

I think the scheduler is the only place you need to set it, AFAIK.

BTW, this would rather go in the Windows Software forum.

If I am not mistaken, Win7 now refuses to defragment such drives, my C: drive doesn't even show in the defragmenter anymore, but my others do.

Provided that the motherboard pick it up at a SSD.
