Sound not working!!!

my friend just dusted his computer with the compressed junk and i cleaned up his cables and such. We turned on his computer and there was no audio for some reason. I cant figure out why it wont work! I tried re installing the drivers and such but it wont work...

it detects the mic and the mic works but the line out wont work

please... help me... its onboard ac97

ok... i plugged in the front panel to see if it was just a bad jack... but and it worked! then i plugged it into the back again and it worked!!!!!
