sound issues part 2

i have 2 sound cards on my computer, an onboard card and a sound blaster card. now when i go into the sounds in the control pannel, i can only choose the onboard card and not the sound blaster, any ideas on why this is and how can i use this card, before i have to return the logitech z-530 speakers i bought yesturday

i have tried that, but then i have no sound, and still can not choose the other sound card, is there any way that i can get the sound manager to recognize that other card?

go into DEVICE MANAGER and see if your new card is showing
