Default somethings on its way out.

k so it takes a good 3-4 minutes to load up windows, and whenever i load a program it takes ages, and when i loaded up CS:S it froze up, then crashed.. I'm gonna run memtest86+ on it (as soon as someone throws me that nice .iso link we have going around ) I'll also test my cpu. anything else i should test?

also it isn't a virus cause it was running fine about an hour ago and i haven't done any internet activies that would get me a virus

Petey try to run SuperPI in 32m, apparently its equivalent to a Prime95 Torture Test, and usually can find errors within an hour over Prime 95's 8-9 Hours
