I have been lucky that my Dimension 8400 has been going on real strong for a long time. Luckily i will have a upgrade coming soon. :happy:

For mak... Probably not, aint a hardware freak, but I am sure he will put that 8gigs to use in win7 betas...

Yes that will keep me happy for many long years. If i can manage with a P4 and 3GB of RAM for almost 5 years i think this one will last me longer.

Sure i will be happy. But without a doubt you are right, i will be putting it to the test with Win7 among other things.

Cost. The mobo is being donated from my good friend Saxon and it is a AMD Mobo.
