Some of my USB's stopped working.

This happened when I installed my new card. Its an X800 but anyways, I have around 4 USB 1.1 slots and 3 USB 2.0 slots. The 1.1's are integrated and the 2.0 is a card that goes into one of my PCI slots. Its really annoying because my mouse lags when I try to game and my USB drivers don't transfer as fast in the 1.1.

so let me get this strait....are you saying that your card isn't working? or the 1.1?.....
