Default Slow, lagg? Restart..

Occassionally, my PC starts to become really slow and takes ages to load programs.

So then I restart the system and it gets stuck on the motherboard name and just doesnt boot. But if i turn it off at the mains etc, and wait 5 minutes it will boot.

This doesnt happen that much but it does happen.

IF anyone knows what this is then plz tell me.

thx much appreciated lea0001..
