Default SLI Ready devices

can u connect a sli ready video card into a not sli ready mother board

MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum mother board
Amd athlon 64 3700+ San Diego Processor
Geforce 7600 gt 590mhz 256 mb video card
200 gig
1 gig ram
550watt PS

is that and over all pretty good computer? for a low buget
probably going to spend around 600 on all that with case

Sounds fine to me. Yes, you can put an SLI ready card into a non-SLI board, you just lose the ability to use it in SLI with another card.
