Exclamation Since DX10 upgrade games crash and videos are discoloured

Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

Ever since I upgraded my brother's pc using the GPU linked above his videos and movies are discoloured looking like there is a green and purple colour problem and a ghost a few inches to the right of the scene.

His games are also crashing.
I really need help on how to solve this problem.

System Specifications:

CPU - Intel Pentium D 3.4GHz
RAM - 1GB DDR PC2-4300
HDD - 2 x 250GB
PSU - 480W
OS - Windows XP Media Centre 2005

But the games run pretty well and look good but they crash after a while. Is there no way this can run on XP? So my Bro will need to get Vista to stop his games from crashing?

So I can't use a DX10 card on XP?

I'll get vista for him and see if it's any better.
