Simple Question - Dell M4300 Drivers.

At work, I was given a new Precision M4300 laptop. I set it up with XP Pro, blah blah, all the work software I need, etc. I'm missing two drivers, and I have no idea what they really mean.

SM Bus Controller
Modem Device on High Definition Audio Bus

The second one is kinda weird... MODEM device on audio bus?? I did a search all over Dell's site, which in my opinion is a really user-friendly way of getting drivers. (I set up HPs, Dells, Compaq, Toshiba, etc all day, and I prefer Dell's site the most for driver downloads).

So, can anybody help me pinpoint which drivers I need?

The modem ties into the audio line so you can here the dial tone. Update both the audio and modem drivers. Update the chipset driver also.
