Simple question

Ok, so I built my new pc today, but when I installed xp and formated the hd and everything I accidentally had my external hd plugged in

so now my external reads as C: and my actual hd as E:

luckily xp wasnt installed onto my external but it was installed on my pc

my question is, how do I make it to where my actual hd is the C: drive again and then the things i plug into it are different ones?

Reinstall XP to avoid more confusions. You can change drive letters but I think reinstall it better.

how do I uninstall XP?

does it really matter that its E: ? or will everything want to default to C:?

Nah dude, just unplug the external drive, then go into the drive management and change the drive from e > c
