Question Shutdown suddenly

I have problems with my computers, I tried to installed with Win XP but when processing Win XP installation menu, also when running dos mode even when CDROM unplug, the computer was always shutdown suddenly, but when the computer was in bios menu, it stayed on and never shtudown, Any assistance pls....

psu or overheat issue
