Shut downs

Hello im having major issues with my pc..

When i play a game like World of Warcraft my computer will just shut down on me. Sometimes when i go to restart it the fans will go and it starts to start up but shuts down for again so i have to wait a few to turn it back on. Im pretty sure this isnt an overheating issue. My Asus Probe 2 says

Cpu temp 45c
Mobo temp 35c

I recently had to purchase a new power supply because my other one died on me. Im kind of thinking this power supply is bad also. It is a logisys 550 watt ps. Im not sure what the voltages have to be but the readings say

+12v 11.84
+5v 5.026
+3.3v 3.264
vcore 1.392

My system specs are

A8n-sli premium mobo
athlon64 3700+
gskill 2 gig ram
nvidia 7900gt

I have not been able to find any kind of help so any ideas would be great thanks..

Hey there ricky, where u having the problem before u installed the new ps?

Nope it never done that then about 2 weeks after i installed this ps it just started doing it out of nowhere.
