Default Setting Up dual Monitors

Ok Im having trouble setting up my monitors.

I sucsesfully did the setup and I restarted My PC.

I am now seeing both screens but Im having a problem.

Say If I drag over the Firefox logo to the other screen and click on it, it opens firefox on the other screen and not the one I intended to.

Default Re:

What graphics card do you have?

Usually, windows will open on the primary display in a multiple-monitor setup as default. It won't depend on which display a shortcut resides.

If you have a nvidia graphics card and you have the nvidia drivers installed, you can use nview to configure preferences for multiple desktop displays...including application display preferences.
