Sequence of Reconnection to Power Strip?

I need to get a new power strip & am wondering if there is a required sequence of reconnecting the various cords. Thanks!

What cords are you refering too. The tower, monitor , etc.
I don't think there is a specific order (i may be wrong, but i never had any probs). I always plug tower in last.

Tower? I have monitor, computer (IBM Netvista), modem & mouse....

The order doesn't matter, just make sure to plug all the wires in properly. However I like to plug the power in last.
