ok, I may get in trouble for this but I read that "its whats called a lazy *****, you need to massage it gently." Could be that I'm also very tired.

if you wanted to kill a pixel deliberately i guess theoretically you could stab it with a pin .

on a more serious note you could probably fry it with excessive current, how you would target a chosen transistor i don't know but i think theoretically it could be done but practically i'm not so sure

I have a single dead pixel that sometimes fixs itself, Sometimes I can't find it for days and other times Bamm its back.

Since its only one, I just ignore it.
