Hi all.
I have just upgraded my system to SLI meaning that I had to move my network adapter down to the second PCI 2.2 slot rather than the first. It was working fine before I had to move it but now Windows gives me the 'No new hardware' treatment when I try to find it in device manager. Seeing as it was working before I think it's to do with my board not wanting to use the second slot rather than the first. Is there something in the BIOS that I've set wrong? The LED on the adapter isn't even coming on and I'm using a new PSU.
Mobo: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
Wireless card: D-Link DWA-552 Xtreme N Desktop Adapter
Summary:
My network was working fine in the first PCI 2.2 slot.
I had to move it to the second slot because I was upgrading to SLI.
It now does not want to power up at all (the LED isn't lighting up).
Windows cannot find it under device manager.
I am using a new PSU.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks all.
