Second monitor stops working???

I just installed the Radeon HD 3650 on my Dell 620MT. If the computer sleeps of if I reboot the dam second monitor shuts. To restore it , all I do is unplug the monitor and it then it works fine again.

Did you try just turning the monitor off and on again? Make sure the connections are nice and snug. Might want to try another VGA/DVI cord.

I did try turning off the monitor , seems only unpluging it gets it back and I can also pull off the DVi cable and put it back but that is more work. Wires and monitor worked for years with my old dell then it crashed forcing me to buy another computer . wires are tight.................... In sum, wires and monitors worked flawless for over 4 years. I must be missing some sort of setting .
