Default SD Reader Question

So I just got:

Newegg.com - Koutech IO-RCM620 USB 2.0 3.5"/5.25" Card Reader - Card Readers

and it says it fits in a 5.25" bay, but I don't really see how that works seeing as how its a 3.5" unit...any suggestions?

I woudl belive that there is a adapter piece that you would use to make it fit into the 5.25" bay slot.

They mislabeled it. Why not just put it in a floppy slot? Does your case include an adapter?

If it was 5.25", it would look like this:
Newegg.com - SIIG JU-52NF12-S1 52-in-1 USB 2.0 Hi-Speed USB 52-in-1 Reader/Writer - Card Readers
Newegg.com - SIIG JU-91RB12-S5 9-in-1 USB 2.0 Card Reader /W FDD - Card Readers
There would be a carriage for the thing.
