SD memery card problem

hello one and all

i got a small problem concerning a pair of SD memery cards, there both 2gb brand new today

i put them into my ps3 and it found them right away first off all, i did not format them to that system

then i tryed putting them in to my pc and it could not find them, i have a epson R300 photo printer that has card slots in thats what i am using

i then took them out then back in and my pc detected the G drive (that the SD card is in) but still couldn't find the SD card, i clicked on G and it says "please insert memery card"
