Screen jumping

My aunt is having a problem lately that involves the computer screen constantly going from the top of the page to the bottom as if someone were continuously pressing page up and page down. The computer also beeps as this happens. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? It's obviously not a GPU or monitor problem. Perhaps a keyboard or mouse issue?

I would wanna say a screwed up keyboard, pressing enough keys at once causes some computers to beep in error, try having her use another keyboard.
