Screen is flickering or shaking

When i am on my desktop, it all seems normal. Then after i play warcraft 3, aka a game (duh), the screen seems to be like shaking or flickering. Any help?

Maybe try turning on vsync or set the refresh rate to 60Hertz if it's on something else.

Is this on a CRT?

THe screen is a CRT. The model number is SyncMaster 955DF by Samsung
how do i get to vsync?
There is another problem i have noticed now. My desktop is quite blurry, where i cant read thing like the date bar

Sounds like the CRT may be dieing out, try going into the CRTs menu and find a degauss or reset option.
