Red face Saving to Hard Drive

I'm planning on reformatting because I just, hate vista. :tonguee: Is there any way to save important files directly to my hard drive? I have around 140 gb's worth of files I need to save somewhere. I have a 600 GB HDD. Can anyone help?

The HDD is internal. Not external. I don't have an external drive.

Oh ok, so connect that 600GB HDD into your computer. Then you can either copy or paste your important files into that hard drive, or simply drag them in.
