Default SATA to IDE power Adapter?

The power supply box in my new computer has no IDE type power cable. only SATA type.
Is there a SATA to IDE power adapter? I have searched everywhere. It wasn't successful.

IDE hard drives/rom drives will use the 4pin molex power connectors.

Something that looks like this:

That is the cable for IDE type hard drive and I don't have that one coming out of the power supply box.
Instead, What I have is for SATA type hard drive.

That is weird, never seen a power supply that doesn't have those connectors.
What is the brand/model of the power supply your using?

Same here, ive never seen a power supply with 0 molex connectors. Nor have i ever seen an adapter that goes from sata > molex, just molex > sata.
