Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 1GB problems

Hi, sometimes when i have been playing league of legends, warcraft 3 or world of warcraft for some time everything freeze for some seconds, then the screen will turn black
The only way to fix it is to resart my computer.

cpu: intel core i7-2600k
cpu-cooler: Antec KUHLER H2O 920
graphics card: Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 1GB
psu: Corsair Professional Series HX750W
ram: 8gb
ssd: 120gb ocz agility 3
hdd: 2tb

Have you checked the error logs in windows to see if there are any errors reported at the time of freezing?

Check your temps as well to make sure your GPU or CPU isn't overheating.

The temperatures for the gpu when i am playing cod:mw3 is around 85-90, the temperatures for the cpu is around 36.

Where do i check the windows error log?
