12 in 1 reader will not work says in device manager that registry may be corrupt. Tried the fix on instructions on sandisk website but there was no such entry in my registry as they listed. any help appreciated. the reader lights up but doesn't seem to be working at all. thanks so much. also it installs in device manager as 14 in 1 reader when it is a 12 in 1 reader.
