Sandboxie Issue

I have installed the Application onto my old OS on this computer I am using, and I use to use it to run application(s) I had gotten from site I didn't really trust.
Anyhow... After installing a upgrade to my old OS "Windows 7 Pro" The folder is locked and I still unable to delete the folders and its content... What a shame...

Out of that I liked the Sandboxie program, but I regret downloading because of that... here is a picture showing the problem...

I am the admin of the computer too so... Yep...
Anything I can do?

You can use unlocker to delete the windows directory. Just install it and it will appear in the right click context menu. Unlock the folder and delete it. Then just uninstall unlocker if you don't need it.

This didn't fix the issue
Although the application did let me see in the folders... I wasn't able to do that before
