Safe mode and Novell

I have a laptop here with a very nasty and unforgiving problem. Whenever the user logs in, a program called BS 2.0 runs, with the usual message popping up that the system is infected with spyware. About 20 seconds later, the user gets the BSOD.

Novell is installed, and is how the user logs in. When safe mode is ran, it bypasses novell and the username and password no longer works. How can I get around this? I need to operate in safe mode but I can't because I cant even log in. I am not very familiar with Novell.... can anyone help please?

Also, I tried safe mode with networking... and it brings up the novell screen... but when i press cntrol+alt+delete.... no prompt comes up. it just sits with a black background

Nevermind... i just let it sit there for 25 minutes and it finally went through.

Anyone ever have to remove BS 2.0 before? I believe BS stands for Brave Sentry in this case.
