Restarting and beeping "loop" without stop.

I thought newegg discontinued this MOBO from sometime now..

I bought it around a year & half ago If I remember correctly.

Oh.. well It might explain why I was never able to overclock beyond a point.. (meaning the MOBO wasn't that good).
