Default Replacing hard drive

Hi guys- I've got a Compaq deskpro EP series with a 20 Gig HDD and a 10Gig one. The 20 Gig has the O/S on it- Win98. I'm planning on replacing that HDD, as it sounds like a vacum cleaner & makes awful noises.
I've formatted HDDs & replaced OS before- but never with 2 HDDs. What's the easiest way of doing it guys?
The HDD I'm installing is a second hand Western Digital Protege 20Gig.

Lets see, So you will have dual 20 Gig Hdds?
Reformat both clean.
Set one as slave one as master. (Set jumpers)
Put the OS on the Master.
