I bought this product for $45 and it worked AWESOME. I was able to recover a hard drive that crashed, was then formated, crashed again in the state of "Hard drive X is not formatted do you wish to format now?". I was able to recover everything that was important to the user including the entire "documents and settings" folder and everything else I tried to recover had a 100% recover rate. I was happy espicially for the cheap price.
