Realtek AC'97 Code 10 Error

I've got a Shuttle MV43V motherboard + I recently installed windows 7 onto my system. I had the sound working fine on xp before hand yet now I try to install it and everytime I restart it tells me that it's still code 10 (No audio output device is installed) I've looked through many other places and can't seem to find a fix, any advice or help?

Download drivers from here: Realtek

And install those drivers. Most likely, Windows 7 doesn't have the appropriate drivers.
