Default really loud heatsink fan

hi, my heatsink fan is being really loud and I don't know why. It's a standard AMD heatsink, and just started being loud two days ago. Is my CPU overheating?

Help would be great, because the noise is bugging me.

how long has it been since the dust has been blown out of the system? that could cause the fans to speed up, because the hs is being less efficent

Well, I took a vacuum to it yesterday, and it didn't seem to help. I don't think dust is the problem.

The computer stopped working?

Can you check the BIOS for the temp?

No, the fan stopped being loud.....for about an hour. Now it's loud and annoying again. How do I check my BIOS for temps?
