Default Real quick question about a PSU issue

I've got a 64bit AMD board which has the P4 power connection, but I don't have a power supply for it. From what I read it has 2 ground wires and 2 12v+ connections coming in, now.. how could I wire from my PSU so that I could use a PSU that doesn't have a P4 power connection?

Thanks =)

Default PSU

I see that no one has replied to your request. Have you solved your problem? If not, what is the specs on your old PSU? I would type those specs into a browser and search. That should pull up comps with that psu. If not, then visit and contact them with what you are needing. They have everthing and the savings on their stock is amazing. Good luck.

Don't even try to rewire it.
If it doesn't have a 12V 4 Pin Connector, then you would only cause more problems trying to screw with it.

Out of curiosity: How in the **** did you find/buy a PSU without one?

Buy another power supply Fortron 39.99$ 400Watt is the cheapest you should go.

you can actually buy an adapter to convert a 4 wire rectangular connector (standard for any PSU) to the 4 wire square 12v connector. Just check any decent computer part store for one. (we sell em.
