Therein lies the problem. Get a corsiar at least 550watts so it will last you for a while.

Better yet get this one $99 with rebate and should last you for a long time.

Yes. It's not getting enough juice. Replace it and I'm sure your problems will go away. The minimum requirement is 450w

I have a 4850 with a 430 Watt PSU. Antec Earthwatts 430 It's pretty beast.
