Razer Copperhead problem

Hey guys,

I dont know if this is the correct place to put it but I've been having trouble with my Razer Copperhead I bought couple months ago. It used to work fine but now whenever I move it, its not a smooth transition rather it jerks up and down. Also sometime the mouse just bugs out and flys to the other side of the screen. I downloaded the latest patch for it but it still hasn't done anything. Any help?

Maybe the driver is the problem? Possible dirt on the surface the mouse is sliding on?
