Default Rayzen 1600 Temperature

so i had a trouble when i first started to build my system, in particular, the CPU's cooler couldn't screw it probably which led me to lift the cooler and then managed to install it correctly

its been 4 days since i built my system but i noticed my CPU Temperature fluctuating from 35 to 46 and some time to 50 for about 1-2 seconds (i think) then it goes back to the idle Temperature 35c, is this normal with the CPUs or is it possible that i caused air bubbles on my CPU surface?

my CPU is Ryzen 1600 using the stock cooler at stock speed
using HWMonitor to monitor my temps

Worry less about idle temps and more about full load temps. Download Cinebench or use AIDA64 for a stress test to see what load temps are then go from there. If they're under 75c sustained you're good.

Is it an air cooler or liquid (or stock)?

It'll reach heat soak almost immediately so 5-10 minutes to see where it stabilizes.
