Random PC Shut off - thoughts?

Recently purchased some new parts...

EVGA 680i LT SLI 775

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 Ghz

Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240 pin DDR2 800

160 GB Western Digital SATA


To go along with my previously purchased parts

2 EVGA 7900 GT KO

1 Rosewill 550w power supply

Since putting all these together I have experience complete shut downs...

Wondering if I simply no longer have the power to supply all these parts?? or any other thoughts? Have checked all connections, no dust or over heating... just shuts off. Do I need to purchased a larger power supply to meet the damands of SLI for RAM and GPUs?

The power supply is fine.
Check if the Ram has any problems. Or it maybe just because of BIOS.

Do you get any error mesage when you relogin into windows?? If yes please do post the description here.
