Anyone know why this would be clogging up my c:\ in hundreds of new folders?

I get these too, but I have read that it is something to do with Windows Service Pack 2. I am curious though to hear what other people know about this though.

1.In a registry editor, navigate to the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/Current Version/Winlogon

2.Delete " UserenvDebugLevel " entry.

had that problem to :D
