random crashing during games

so ive been having problems for a bit now with my computer freezing's i changed out the power supply from a 600 watt to a 950 watt and im rma the video card (it crashed a week ago and wouldn't boot with the video card in it) but i think the main reason my computer keeps crashing from my memory im trying to run it at the speed its rated to run at which is 9-9-9-24 at 1600 mhz

but it keeps crashing ive been trying to narrow it down for a while now and i finally set my timings at 10-10-10-25 at 1600 mhz and it hasn't crashed yet

Your motherboard may not like the tighter timings at the rated speeds for that RAM. Was the RAM on the "approved vendors/compatibility" list?

yes it was i checked everything to make sure it was gonna work together at the rated speeds and researched everything a month in advance before i bought anything
