Also the GPU temps are 100 oF, 100oF, and 102oF. What concerns me is it says my fans on the Video Card are at 0 RPMs which can't be right...
It's probably just not picking up the fan sensors on the GPU.

Post your temps during load (during a game). Also in Celsius if possible .

I checked the card in my case and the fans aren't working at all.

Were you playing a game and check the temps of your GPU?
If your GPU is overheating you can get yourself a new GPU fan:

Okay so I just downloaded a tool extension for the Nvidia Control panel that allows me to control the GPU fan speed, it was at 0% and when I changed it to 100% the fans started running.

I'm going to let the fans run for a bit while I get food, and when I come back I'll test the temps with my game and see if it crashes again.

Okay so I just tested the temperature in-game and it stayed consistently at around 30 degrees C. Is that cool enough to play without crashing do you think? Especially now that the fans are working?

Yes, 30*C is fine. They're fine up to 80*+.
