it could be.
Well why dont you run memtest over night(6-8 hours), some people may suggest more time. And let us know if any errors occured or not.
Did you even try reseting your cmos?

Try all these, and then post back if problem occurs.

Finally decided to reset the cmos and reset my cpu to stock speeds instead of 3.2mhz, its back down to 1.86. So i'll see how it runs today.
